2,3 and 4 star hotels at least 10
5 star hotels must have a capacity of at least 60 rooms.
Businesses that have a hotel as their field of activity in their municipal license can apply for a Hotel Tourism Management Certificate. According to the Ministry's regulations, the units, services and documents required in the facility vary according to the number of stars. For example, while Stage 3 Sustainable Tourism Certificate is mandatory for 4 and 5 star hotels, this is not applicable for 3 stars and below.
