Requirements

  • The management plan should be examined. If the management plan does not allow renting for tourism purposes, the TAK Certificate cannot be obtained.
  • Unanimous consent of the condominium owners is required.
  • In the Certificate of Occupancy, the intended use of the parcel must be residential + commercial.
  • Common services such as security and reception are expected to be compatible with short-term rentals.

Note The management plan is the most critical point of the TAK application. Not every residence may be eligible for this document. Changing the Management Plan is an elaborate process and should be done by consultants with knowledge of the legislation to avoid wasting time.
