For the Santa Claus Peace Village to be established in Antalya for the first time in the world, 40 countries including New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Cuba, Syria, Egypt, Greece and Israel were identified.
The countries that will participate in the Santa Claus Peace Village, the only ongoing peace project in the world, were selected in order of application from among 62 countries that are members of the Santa Claus Peace Council. In the Santa Claus Peace Village, the people, beliefs, architectural features, culinary cultures, national days, arts, lands and vegetation of different countries will be represented.
In the Santa Claus Peace Village, where all countries will be represented equally and no discrimination will be made, the guests who stay and visit will experience the culture of peace. Making a statement within the scope of the project, Muammer Karabulut, President of the Santa Claus Peace Council, said, "In the Santa Claus Peace Village project, we are only for PEACE, we have only one goal. And that is PEACE. We do not want any human being in the world to be persecuted and bleed. For this reason, we believe that all concerned, especially the President, Prime Minister and Governor of Antalya, will not remain indifferent in Turkey, which will host world peace."
